Loutro is one of the most attractive and well preserved villages of south-west Crete.
Loutro is unique, it has exquisiteness, it is magical, it combines mountains and sea and an incomparable quietness, tranquility which is a consequence of the absence of automobiles.
In Loutro you will find Sifis Hotel, located in the western part of the bay. It is the first complex you will arrive at as you come off the boat heading towards the village.
Once the Kantounatakis family house, Sifis Hotel has been renovated into small complex spacious rooms, just above the sea.
All rooms are designed to be airy & light, equipped with all required necessities, decorated with modern furnishings including refrigerator, safe deposit box and of course private balcony and air-conditioning. Since june of 2021, all rooms have been renovated with new bathrooms and floors
From Sifis terrace or the balcony of your room, you can idle away time, gazing at the fantastic panoramic view of the village and its magnificent setting, the white washed houses with blue shutters, the sunny pebbled beach and the soothing stillness of the Libyan sea, while feeling the tranquillity which is the symbol of Loutro.
